Project Challenges
Joined the co-creation from a situation where the new business plan was ahead, there was no development team, and development requirements were unclear
- Insurance products existed, but there was no site yet, including payment
- A short-term release was needed with fundraising in view
- The design, including infrastructure, was unclear, and what to build was ambiguous
- The operating costs of the existing system were not justifiable

A fundamental change from the core system
We drove the project under our leadership for a new product that was the first partnership with Amazon Japan by an insurance company in Japan, including the full introduction of a new core insurance system. As a result, we succeeded in releasing it in just eight months and achieved results that were highly praised inside and outside the industry.
