Project Challenges
A role was needed to turn the concept into something concrete
and lead the requirements
- Requirements, including the concept, had not yet been fully settled
- It was unclear what the stakeholders wanted
- There was no know-how in developing integration applications, and the process and key points were unclear
CoWorker's Approach
Formed a small team covering dialogue and proposals,
requirements definition, and the testing phase
- Extracted needs through interviews with each stakeholder
- Co-creation through close dialogue and proposals with the BiPSEE representative and each department head
- Formed a small, elite team at CoWorker and handled everything from PM to development to testing
Results
Supported every process from requirements definition to release
Contributing to the step toward clinical trials
While supporting every process from discovery interviews to release, we achieved a release in 10 months. Together with BiPSEE Inc., in collaboration with the Kochi University Faculty of Medicine, the system we built is being used in clinical trials at Kochi University Hospital.
